The SRDC has ownership of two property locations in the community of St. Rose. Our beautiful park is located approximately ¼ mile south of the 4-way stop light in St. Rose. It features two pavilions available for rentals. First, the large pavilion (80’x 60’) with kitchen amenities has recently been expanded to upgrade our kitchen and restroom facilities. A medium pavilion (50’x 30’) is also available for rental. The area between the two pavilions has a state of the art playground area upgraded in the spring of 2008. It features two playground structures, one design for 5-12 years old & the other for 2-7 years old.

 

The second property location is the Community Building in town. This building holds monthly meeting for the SRDC, St. Rose Water & Sanitary District, and a variety of other organizations. Property Address: 8004 S. 1st Street, St. Rose, IL 62230.
